We read everything and answer what needs answering, usually within a few days. Ages, budget and any household rules (“absolutely no slime”) make an answer far more useful.
What we answer first
- Corrections. A wrong detail, a dead link, a stuffer that no longer exists.
- Questions about a guide. Budget, age band, or “would this work for my nephew”.
- Suggestions. A basket category we have missed, or a question a guide should answer and does not.
What we do not accept
